The New Generation of Lithium Ion Batteries

Each battery of this BF-Series will be chosen according to the needed voltage, tested and individually adjusted and assembled 100% handmade.

All components of this BF-Battery series are developed, produced and assembled in Germany. Therefor only parts of highest quality standard “made in Germany” are used. Our utmost quality requirements assure you high security as well as a smooth handling you can rely on in any case.

Each BF-Battery is tested manually, sealed and has a serial number to grant you highest quality for development and manufacturing. The BF-Battery series is not a bulk good from a low-wage-country and was not developed for this at all. For each serial a small number of prototypes were put to the acid test under extreme conditions by wellexperienced motorsport top-teams.

All experiences obtained were and will be considered for the development of our BF-Battery series! We improve an already first-class quality item by permanent advancement. If you don’t go forwards you go backwards. You can rely on our know-how and our high technology with highest quality standards for our BF-Battery series, already approved by professional World Champion Racing Teams!

Each BF-Battery is equipped with a highly stressable Carbon housing, which is protected from overvoltage inside. This special housing is extremely shockproof but still very lightweight. At the same this special housing protects from high temperatures and is also equipped with overvoltage and overpressure security systems. The maintenance of all Batteries of the BF-series can be done easily by us and therefore the cell exchange and/or chip exchange can be done at the same time, if necessary. The electronic system of the microchips was developed and adjusted especially for this BF battery series. Therefore a very low-cost exchange of only the needed individual components of the BF-Battery is possible and there is no need to buy a complete new battery. So the at the first sight appearing high asset costs will be paid off very soon. The very big price advantage is decisive, especially for racing and motoring, in which large quantities of accessories are damaged by accidents or worn out by-and-by. Therefore there is no obligatory need to buy a complete new battery anymore.

The microchips - especially programmed and developed for the BF-Battery series - avoid the fall of voltage, as it happens with usual lithium batteries. This is most important not only for racing but also for the Paris-Dakar-Tour, since already just a short fall of voltage will reset the very sensitive CPU of the motor management and all pre-adjusted parameter will be changed or lost. The extreme high quality of manufacturing and all the very exhaustive quality checks will grant you high security and steadiness for the very sensitive engine electronics and sensor systems.
